"PRS' tone remains unmatched, speaking through every pedal or amp you connect to it...every performance is yet another testament to the history, the relevance, and the future of Paul Reed Smith guitars...I'm proud to share the name and the journey!"
AKA - Vindell "The Guitorganist" Smith
Guitorganist...what does that mean? It is the renaissance of the modern day guitarist. No longer subject to the boundaries placed on them by the industry. Guitorganists are more than just "lead players" for intros and hits, their presence is felt the entire song. Guitorganist isn't just a title, it’s a mentality. The objective is to always be a part of the song. Long after the licks are forgotten, the song will always be remembered. At the age of 28, Vindell E. Smith has been gaining the reputation of the guitarist who plays the organ chords for years. Given the name "Guitorganist" during a rehearsal when the organist failed to show, Vindell played the entire rehearsal with just a bass player and a drummer. This was nothing new to Vindell, since growing in church he gained these skills playing alone with a drummer. Some would assume that playing alone would cause a rebel mentality when in band situations, quite the opposite. Like a seasoned veteran, he knows when to step out or blend in. Recently he has branched off into writing, production and scoring for television.
