Tara started her music career by paying her dues on the Canadian bar circuit playing in a cover band. In 2005 Tara's guitar skills were noticed by then Kittie manager Dave Lander, who invited her to audition for the band. It only took a few jams to realize the chemistry was right. The evidence can heard on the bands full length releases Funeral for Yesterday and their current album, In The Black(E1).
