“The feel of this guitar [Custom 24] is the perfect balance for performing live. Love the tone and the versatility the guitar has in the studio. Best thing about it, after countless days on the road, in and out of the trailer and in all different temperatures, it’s always stays in tune, how do you guys do it?”

Tim Barbour is a guitarist and song writer in his current project Blameshift, based out of Long Island, NY. He grew up in Wayne, NJ taking his first guitar lesson at age 10, and writing and performing by age 12. For the past 4 years Tim has spent touring the United States with his band Blameshift, including the Vans Warped Tour in 2006 and 2008. Their first album, The Test, was recorded by legendary producers Michael Birnbaum and Chris Bittner at Apple Head Studios. Since the release in 2007 the band has been awarded unsigned band of the month by Alternative Press Magazine. They sold thousands of copies of their album independently and survived full time on the road. Blameshift released a Self Titled EP in early 2010 which was produced by Mike Watts at Vudu Studios. Blameshift will be playing SXSW this year, followed by living in Los Angeles, CA for the month of May to record their new album. Catch Tim on tour for most of 2010.
