Registration

You will need to check in at the registration tent upon arriving at PRS to pickup your credentials. You MUST wear your credentials at all times during the event.

Signature Club Member Exclusive: Badge pickup will be open to registered Signature Club Members only beginning on Thursday 4:00pm – 6:00pm.

Transportation and Parking

PLEASE NOTE: Due to lack of demand and continual problems with local charter bus companies, we will not offer bus transportation for this year’s event.

General parking is available throughout the business park but is limited. Please feel free to park along the business park circle but we need to ask that you refrain from parking in the parking lots of the surrounding businesses.

Note: Some of our neighbors have decided to solicit parking in their lots by charging a parking fee. We have addressed the issue and have kindly asked these businesses NOT to do this but we cannot guarantee they will abide by our request. If you choose to park in a ‘paid’ lot, it’s ok but please do not feel obligated to do so.

Handicapped parking areas have designated in the front parking area of the PRS building.

Factory Tours

Guests are free to explore the PRS factory at your leisure. We will have ongoing demonstrations in all major areas of the factory. There will be NO guided tours this year.

Clinics

Clinics will be given throughout the day as well. You are free to attend whichever ones are of interest to you. There will be no sign ups for clinics; however, a schedule will be provided for your reference. This should help you figure out how to plan your day.

Food and Beverage

A lite-fare dinner will be provided at no cost on Thursday evening during the exclusive Signature Club Member event.

Due to the growing number of attendees for this event, PRS Guitars is no longer able to offer complimentary meals on Friday and Saturday. This was not an easy decision but we've gone to great efforts to select food vendors who will be onsite to provide a wide variety of cuisines at a reasonable cost. Please come prepared with extra cash to cover your meals. Complimentary bottled water, assorted sodas and coffee will be provided. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. ($3)

From All Points West of Kent Island

Rte. 50 East towards Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Proceed over Bay Bridge (Toll $4.00) and take the first exit once you have crossed the bridge. Exit is Rte. 8 North towards Stevensville. Turn left at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp and proceed through the next traffic light. At the 2nd light, turn left onto Schooner Parkway (entrance into Chesapeake Bay Business Park). Follow Schooner Parkway to stop sign and turn right. PRS Guitars will be on your left.

From all points East of Kent Island

Rte. 50 West towards Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Do not cross the bridge. Take the last exit before the bridge - Rte. 8 North towards Stevensville. Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp and proceed on Rte. 8 North. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Schooner Parkway (entrance into Chesapeake Bay Business Park). Follow Schooner Parkway to stop sign and turn right. PRS Guitars will be on your left.
