Since the dawn of rock and roll, the snap and response that comes from a bolt-on neck guitar has been an essential part of the mix. These attributes have, in turn, become essential to many players trying to tell their story through music. The CE 24 brings the bolt-on platform back to the main PRS lineup with some significant updates.
After more than 24 hours and a foot of snowfall compounded by high winds and snow drifts, the PRS Guitars factory in Stevensville, Maryland sustained roof damage over the weekend. The damage was near the company’s staining/finish area, where some water pooled inside the building and a small portion of the roof did eventually collapse. Thankfully, no manufacturing operations were under the compromised portion of the roof.
2016 marks the 20th Anniversary of Private Stock, and PRS is celebrating with the return of the program that started it all: Guitars of the Month.
PRS Guitars is adding two new models to its popular, more affordable SE line of acoustic guitars: SE A20E and SE A30E. These two new models help round out the SE acoustic offering while continuing the SE legacy of providing professional quality and dependability for players of all levels at an excellent value.
The 20th Anniversary of Private Stock is a special moment - a moment to stop and celebrate 20 years of a program that drives much of the innovation and craftsmanship at PRS. To kickoff that celebration, Private Stock has made a limited edition run of 40 instruments that are unique in many ways.
Buying a PRS is a special memory. Chances are you spent months gazing at it in a product catalog, on a website or on the wall at your local guitar store.
Either way, it's hard to forget the moment you finally take it home with you.
Here at PRS, we love hearing the stories of satisfied customers and the day they purchased their PRS Guitars. If you have a story about buying your PRS, tell us!
