Contestants Rock PRS Guitars on The Next Great American Band TV Show
Dot Dot will play Paul Reed Smith guitars during their upcoming performances on Fox Television’s new show The Next Great American Band on Fridays at 8/7c. The new Rock/Pop/Power Pop band is from Chicago, and band members include Adam Blair, $tephan, and Michael (from the Fabulous Janes), and Rose and Little Lisa (from Catfight).
Also rocking a PRS guitar on the show is Steve Mandile of the edgy country Nashville act Sixwire. The band’s guitarists Andy Childs, Steve Mandile, and Robb Houston along with bassist John Howard and drummer Chuck Tilley all did touring and session work for Faith Hill, Randy Travis, Dolly Parton, Olivia Newton-John, Pam Tillis, Kenny Rogers, and Lee Greenwood, among others, before coming together as the band Sixwire, a name aptly inspired by 6-stringed guitars.
