Fox 5 DC TV Visits the Factory

Fox 5 Weatherman Tony Perkins visited the factory as part of his live
segment "Let Tony Try It." Perkins delivered live weather reports and
tried more than nine different guitar building techniques on live
television such as sanding, staining, winding a pick-up, inlaying
fretboard birds, stringing a guitar and rocking out a few guitar riffs
in final assembly on Carlos Santana's testing amp. Paul Smith offered
direction for Perkins during some of the tasks while highly skilled PRS
craftsmen helped guide Perkins through other tricky procedures. Perkins
won't be joining the PRS production team anytime soon but the experience
was certainly fun for everyone at PRS and the Fox 5 team. Thanks again
